Howard Solomon, who has over 30 years of proven training and development skills, conducts all of our seminars and speaking engagements. Howard’s performance record is "all about results". He has orchestrated over 30 restaurant grand openings nationwide and abroad. During Howard's 15 years of management experience he has held executive positions with the Hard Rock Cafe, Wolfgang Puck Food Company and the Cheesecake Factory.

Howard received his bachelors degree from the University of Iowa. He has served as a Board Member for the Food & Beverage Association, SBEAC (Small Business Employer Advisory Committee, a task force committee of the Employment Development Division, State of California) and a member of the California Restaurant Association. He sits of the Board of Directors of several chain restaurant companies and acts as an advisory board member of several other companies.

Howard regularly speaks at restaurant conventions and franchise meetings of national brands. His dynamic vision, real life examples and words of motivation are an inspiration to many.
