Our evaluations are a combination of Yes and No questions along with narrative comments about the shopper's experience. We will report on the overall experience of a guest. The information you receive will be accurate and honest.

You will receive your reports in a very timely and efficient manner through the Internet. All of the recipients of the evaluation (owners, directors, managers and so on) will receive an e-mail notification that a report is finished. A secured link to our website will be provided in the e-mail so that you can go directly to your report through the e-mail.
In addition, we provide a statistics page within the website so that you can query the data within your reports to provide you with a statistical analysis of the responses in your evaluations.
We can show you how to coach your staff effectively by using our reports. And we can help you use these evaluations as a motivational tool and create a reward system for "great" reports. Thus you will see an immediate improvement on both service and morale.

The Solomon Group does not require a contract, however Service Solutions works best over time and the best results for this program is two reports per month on a continual basis.
Our reports are reasonably priced and we only bill for reimbursement for food, beverages and gratuity. We will not charge you for any other added expenses such as postage, faxes, mileage or any other unnecessary fees.
The Solomon Group offers volume discounts for clients with many store locations or clients who are doing multiple reports per month.
